Jasmine Alicia Carter (known by the pseudonym X.aos) was born in 1991 in Virginia, USA. At an early age he moved to Bassano del Grappa and is currently studying and working in Brescia, Italy. The passion of photography is transmitted in 2009 when she is presented with a Canon by her father. Since then, photography becomes an essential tool to vent and express her world with particularly elaborate images. Directed toward an artistic photography, her images are mixed in a research between fantastic landscapes and spontaneity mixed with with digital editing, surpassing the boundary between real and surreal. Reckless and always looking for strong emotions, she always tries to find ways to travel around the world and have different and peculiar experiences.
She has taught photography for some time at the Academy of Fine Arts in Beilun, China, and participated in various solo and group exhibitions in the province of Brescia.
